Analysis limits

A rating describes a rating. A keyword describes a mention. Read the original review before deciding what to change. This tool does not infer sentiment, verify authenticity, rank employees, or send replies.

How it works

Bring your own export

Use UTF-8 CSV with a unique header and consistent columns. Map review text, optional whole-number ratings from 1 to 5, YYYY-MM-DD dates, review IDs and source names. Each field supports 2,000 characters; IDs/source names support 160. Blank ratings and dates are allowed. Export access and permission remain yours to verify.

Transparent counting

Repeated source/ID pairs with identical normalized text, date and rating retain their first record. Conflicting IDs exclude every version from all totals, with source record references. IDs and sources are case-sensitive. Text is Unicode-normalized and trimmed for comparisons. No-ID reviews are not deduplicated.

Topic rules match complete Unicode letter/number words or consecutive phrases, ignoring case and punctuation. Counts include negations, quotations and sarcasm. Topics overlap. English stop-word filtering applies only to the frequent-word list. Other languages may need custom rules. Monthly trends include only dated reviews; missing months are not proof of zero reviews.

Privacy & exports

CSV parsing and analysis run on your device. No review content is sent to a server. Only your appearance preference is saved automatically. Closing or refreshing loses your reviews unless you export a session. Sessions include original CSV contents and settings; reports include analyzed and excluded evidence, source SHA-256 and the rules used. These are editable files, not authenticated records. CSV cells that could be formulas receive a leading apostrophe. Use JSON for exact restoration.

Free local preview

Supports up to 5,000 records, 40 columns, 150,000 cells and 2 MB per source. Session JSON supports 8 MB. One source file per session; combine exports offline with a source column if needed. Live platform imports, shared accounts, cloud retention, automated replies and paid plans are not available yet.
