What the preview processes

Your CSV is read and analyzed on your device using a browser worker. This preview does not upload reviews, call a language model, fetch platform reviews or send analytics. The website host receives ordinary page and asset requests; they do not include imported review content.

Use only exports you have permission to analyze. Remove personal details unnecessary for your purpose before importing. The local workflow needs no account or API key.

What is saved automatically

Only appearance is saved in local storage, under macl-review-insights-theme. Reviews, mapping and results remain in tab memory. There is no automatic review history, browser database or cloud backup.

Closing or reloading loses the workspace. If preference storage is blocked, analysis and theme changes still work for the page; the preference may not survive reload. See how to save a restorable session.

Downloads are copies you control

Sessions contain the original CSV and settings. Reports include analyzed and excluded review evidence; review CSVs contain analyzed rows. Anyone who can open these files can read the reviews. A source hash helps compare provenance but does not authenticate a report or prevent edits.

Clear tab clears the current workspace after confirmation. It does not delete downloads, the original CSV, downloads history or shared copies. Remove those separately where you stored them. This preview has no server-side account or review records to delete.

Current scope

This describes the free local preview. Team accounts, cloud storage, platform connections and paid services are unavailable. Such additions would need separate data-handling and retention disclosures. Read the capability limits.
